We are providing hope and healing to those in need
Mercy Ships began our mission of providing hope and healing to those in need in 1978. Each year, we send hospital ships filled with volunteer medical professionals to provide free surgeries and medical care to people in developing countries who otherwise would not have access to it. Our state-of-the-art ships bring the hospital directly to those who need it most, as over 50% of the world's population lives within 100 miles of the coast.
Mercy Ships is an international charity based on Christian values that operates the largest non-governmental hospital ships in the world. We provide hope and healing to people in need, regardless of their race, religion, or background. Our volunteers come from all over the world to serve on our ships, and they are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
We are currently working in Africa, where we are providing free surgeries and medical care to people in need. We are also working in the Caribbean, where we are providing disaster relief and medical assistance to people affected by natural disasters.
We are grateful for the support of our donors and volunteers, who make it possible for us to continue our mission of providing hope and healing to those in need.
